Norwescon was pretty amazing. The writing panels were better than they've been recently, and I've grudgingly got to give Mike Moscoe credit for this. Editorial and writing contacts also much better this time out. Oh, and I outlined a novel in about an hour...
Got to see Ed Allen and Dave Adams on Sunday, which was very cool. I can't remember the last time that I saw Ed, but he and Kelli moved to San Francisco in the meantime.
Not one, but two parties were held in my room this con. (Sleep? Sleep is for the week after.) Both were extremely loud, and very successful. I had little to do with the organization of either - just toted bales, mostly. I'm sure that Ann and Jason will have photos of Saturday's Catalyst customer appreciation party online soon enough.
The good news just keeps coming - I've got an interview at Frank Russell tomorrow, having largely bypassed their excrutiating recruiting process.
