Books in Latin I Covet, Number 26 in a Series

So, the book itself is cool enough, but whoever decided to use a scalloped shell to hold open the pages for the photographer is a geeenius.

At least, I think it's a scalloped shell...

Oh, and here's a meme I stumbled into...

Leave your name and
1. I'll respond with something random about you.
2. I'll tell you what song/movie reminds me of you.
3. I'll pick a flavor of jello you should wrestle in.
4. I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me.
5. I'll tell you my first/clearest memory of you.
6. I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
7. I'll ask you something that I've always wondered about you.
8. If I do this for you, you must post this on your journal.

1. Hey, I think you still have my gin!
2. Oddly, I just heard "Byahkee, Byakhee" which does remind me...
3. Vodka. Or perhaps something with a lime.
4. I'll have it for you in double-spaced courier this weekend. I swear.
5. Fran introducing you at Borders. The very first thing I thought was, "geek".
6. Giraffe. No, I don't know why.
7. Now that you can promote and distribute without the Music Industryâ„¢, why don't you?

4. um.. well... i still have your vermouth!
5. fran said "this is my friend chris. he came out to visit me from new york." You replied "does anyone who comes out here to visit ever go back?"
6. WOMBAT!
7. when you're gonn get out from behind the scenes and run for city council.

in answer to your question -- if you're going to work without the corporate safety net, it helps to have a high enough tech level to automate some extremely time consuming tasks. that's been my whole quest since sometime last year or longer. i hope to punce before thanksgiving (good lord willing and the river don't rise!)....
