I am so happy that this horrible, horrible month is at last drawing to a close.
As if on cue, something nice happened: some folks from the Tacoma Opera production of La Traviata dropped by Frank Russell to talk about the production and sing a little. They also had a drawing for tickets and I actually won. So, I'm going to the opera on the night of the 10th.
For anyone who had demands on my time for that evening: sorry. I mean, this is Verdi fergawdsake.
