Does the Old Testament actually mention sex-crazed baboons?
My result:
Hear this, thou armpit of Satan, for you will be pursued into the mountains by sex-mad baboons!

I believe the authors have taken some *ahem* liberties of translation.

I successfully campaigned ( a small victory in the scheme of world salvation ) to have that site taken off my parish's links page.
It's little more than populist, relativist rubbish of the most dangerous type - a wolf in wolf's clothing pretending to be a chirpy friend.

I confess I haven't looked at the rest of the site, but even linking to this particular page from a
parish
web site seems strangely inappropriate.

It was the Anglo-Catholic parish I attended before leaving...so
"strangely inappropriate"
is a fitting description of my general experience with the C of E!
What was astonishing was that the vicar didn't see it as remotely inappropriate.
Sadly.
